Guacamole En Fuego
From madmardigan 16 years agoIngredients
- 6-7 Ripe avocados shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper shopping list
- 1 Pinch garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 small red onion ( finely chopped, you only want the flavor not the chunks ) shopping list
- 1 fresh lime juiced shopping list
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro leaves chopped shopping list
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes(as hot as you like) drained shopping list
How to make it
- Scrape the avocados into a bowl and add the salt, pepper, garlic, lime juice, and onion. Then smash them together with a spoon or fork (leave some avocado chunks ), next add the cilantro and tomatoes and stir thoroughly. Let this mixture sit 15-30 minutes to let the flavors marry.
- I like to serve them up with lime flavor corn chips.
- Now sit back and get your mexican freak on!

Wow...this is almost EXACTLY how I make guac!!! Only difference is that I've never added lemon pepper seasoning. I'll have to try it your way!! High five!
