- corn meal shopping list
- flour shopping list
How to make it
- After skinning and cleaning the snake, section into 4 inch pieces.
- Coat with cornmeal and flour
- Deep fry as you would fish
- Tip: add salt, pepper, garlic or Cajun spices to your taste

I've had rattlesnake before, but I found it tough and chewy. Is that how it's supposed to be?

We went one year to Freer to the Rattlesnake Round up.... I tried it... it taste like CHICKEN... LOL... Worth a 5 to me ...
