Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cut off excess fat from roast.
  • Pat dry,
  • Cut in half accross the grain
  • Mix celery salt and chili powder and rub all over meat
  • Place 1/2 onions in slow cooker
  • Add meat, remainder of onions and garlic
  • Pour on beer and barbecue sauce
  • Slow cook 10 to 12 hours
  • Shred fork tender meat with fork
  • Place on toasted buns and pour on some of the sauce

    okay, doing it tonight, with a frozen roast, I have had really good luck doing this with chicken, so I hope it turns out well!
