Ingredients

3 lbs boneless beef bottom round

2 Tbs celery salt

2 Tbs chili powder

2 onions chopped

6 tsp minced garlic

1 cup beer

1 cup barbecue sauce

Directions

Cut off excess fat from roast.

Pat dry,

Cut in half accross the grain

Mix celery salt and chili powder and rub all over meat

Place 1/2 onions in slow cooker

Add meat, remainder of onions and garlic

Pour on beer and barbecue sauce

Slow cook 10 to 12 hours

Shred fork tender meat with fork

Place on toasted buns and pour on some of the sauce
