A favorite for special times like birthdays, And valentines day. Most requested from other half.She likes a small steak to go with it also a baked potato and salad with greacion bread . The amazing thing the little woman eats every bite.

Ingredients
  • 2 10 -12oz. Austrailian brown lobster tails
  • 1 stick butter (salted)
  • 1/2 tsp lemon pepper season
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp. old bay seasoning
  • white pepper ( pinch)
  • 1 lemon
  • fresh parsely

Directions
  1. Butterfly tails and place on top of tail shell. Leave tendon connected to fan. Use knife and split meat and unfold over shell. Butter oven pan and place tails on greased area. sprinkle meat with lemon pepper , white pepper, old bay and sea salt. Squeeze lemon juice to cover both tails. Pour drawn butter over both to just cover meat. Place tails under 450 - 500 degree broiler until meat is white and firm. Remove and coat with butter once more place on plates keep shells under meat . The meat should look like a head of cauliflower. Serve with other accompanied by drawn butter.
