JKs Great Barrier Broiled Lobster Tails

- 2 10 -12oz. Austrailian brown lobster tails shopping list
- 1 stick butter (salted) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp lemon pepper season shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning shopping list
- white pepper ( pinch) shopping list
- 1 lemon shopping list
- fresh parsely shopping list
How to make it
- Butterfly tails and place on top of tail shell. Leave tendon connected to fan. Use knife and split meat and unfold over shell. Butter oven pan and place tails on greased area. sprinkle meat with lemon pepper , white pepper, old bay and sea salt. Squeeze lemon juice to cover both tails. Pour drawn butter over both to just cover meat. Place tails under 450 - 500 degree broiler until meat is white and firm. Remove and coat with butter once more place on plates keep shells under meat . The meat should look like a head of cauliflower. Serve with other accompanied by drawn butter.
