Parsleyed New Potatoes

- 1 1/2 pounds tiny new potatoes shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup snipped parsley shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- Scrub or scrape 1 1/2 pounds tiny new potatoes.
- Cook in boiling salted water 15 to 20 minutes; drain.
- Peel if desired.
- Meanwhile, melt 1/4 cup butter in saucepan; stir in 1/4 cup snipped parsley and 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
- Pour over hot potatoes.
- Serves 4 to 6.
