Ingredients
- 2 cups cold mashed potatoes
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- flour
- butter
Directions
- Combine 2 cups cold mashed potatoes, 1 slightly beaten egg, 1/4 cup chopped onion, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix well.
- Shape in 6 patties.
- Dip in flour, then brown slowly in butter, about 5 minutes on each side.
- Makes 6 servings
