Truffle Cake

Not simply just another flourless chocolate cake, this one is a dense and buttery decadence. A chocoholic's dream come true!
Ingredients
- 18 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped shopping list
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter shopping list
- 6 large eggs shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Spray 8" round cake pan with non-stick spray.
- Line with waxed paper and spray again.
- Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth.
- Beat eggs on high speed for seven (7) minutes.
- Fold eggs into chocolate mixture.
- Place pan in another pan, pour water halfway up the side of the cake pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
