How to make it

  • Mix corn meal, flour, sugar and baking powder.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Fold in blueberries.
  • Grease electric skillet and preheat to 250.
  • Pour in batter then cover and cook with vent open for 25 minutes.

    It truly is a pleasant surprise from the ordinary. I made it with raspberries and it wasn't so great, but the blueberries are awesome. Enjoy.
