Ingredients

How to make it

  • Place all but cream into a pot and just heat up.
  • Then stir in cream and correct seasonings if desired ( that is add a bit more curry powder )
  • Place in bowls and garnish if desired.
  • ENJOY !!!

    Anything thick and pureed squash such as , acorn,or butternut, or a thick skinned winter squashes.
    Oh yeah and sweet potatoes/yams also would be divine too!
