Easy Delicious Curry Pumpkin Soup

- 3 cups canned cooked pumpkin or squash- plain shopping list
- Or your own precooked and pureed pumpkin or butternut or acorn sqaush shopping list
- 3 cups chicken broth or vegetable broth for vegetarians shopping list
- 1/4 cup maple syrup shopping list
- 2 tsp curry powder or more to taste shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 tsp each: nutmeg, salt and ginger shopping list
- 1 cup cream shopping list
- Garnish: toasted pumpkin seeds or a dollop of sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Place all but cream into a pot and just heat up.
- Then stir in cream and correct seasonings if desired ( that is add a bit more curry powder )
- Place in bowls and garnish if desired.
- ENJOY !!!
