Crispy Chocolate Vanilla Chip Cookies Recipe

	Laurieg / All my dishes 1 year ago This recipe was created to compensate for my two girls one is a white chocolate gal and mini-me is a chocolate girl. a great mixture ! also great as Ice cream sandwiches just add vanilla icecream in between 2 of these babies!!! Ingredients

1/2 cup butter soft

1/2 cup shortening

2 eggs

1 1/3 cups of flour

1/2 cup brown suger

1 cup chocolate chips

1 cup white chocolate chips (I also have used peanut butter chips)

2 cups of quick oats

1 cup of sugar

1tsp salt

2 tsp vanilla

1 tsp baking soda

Directions

Cream together butter,shortening and sugars

add eggs and vanilla

stir together dry ingredients and add

stir in chips

drop by teaspoons on ungreased baking pan -bigger if you want to make ice cream sandwiches with them

bake on 375 for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned
