Chocolate Mint Cremes

These little babies are sooooooooo good .i didnt include the time in refrigerator cooling in the prep time .you can make the dough ahead as to be less time .......
Ingredients
- 2/3 - CUP PACKED brown sugar shopping list
- 6- TABLESPOONS butter shopping list
- 1- TABLESPOON water shopping list
- 6- OUNCES semi-sweet chocolate chips shopping list
- 1- egg shopping list
- 1 1/4 - CUPS flour shopping list
- 1/2- TEASPOON baking soda shopping list
- 12- OUNCES PASTEL CRÈME mintS shopping list
How to make it
- COMBINE BROWN SUGAR , BUTTER AND WATER IN SAUCEPAN.
- COOK OVER LOW HEAT UNTIL BUTTER MELTS, STIRRING TO MIX WELL…..
- STIR IN CHOCOLATE CHIPS UNTIL MELTED.
- POUR INTO A LARGE MIXER BOWL;
- LET STAND FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL COOL
- BEAT IN EGG
- STIR IN MIXTURE OF FLOUR AND SODA.
- CHILL COVERED FOR 1-2 HOURS OR UNTIL EASY TO HANDLE
- SHAPE INTO 1 INCH BALLS
- PLACE ON UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET
- BAKE AT 350 DEGREES F. FOR 7 MINUTES
- PLACE 1 MINT ON EACH COOKIE
- BAKE FOR 2 MINUTES LONGER
- SWIRL MELTED MINTS TO FROST THE COOKIES
- REMOVE TO A WIRE RACK TO COOL……..
- YIELDS 4 DOZEN
