Coriander Chutney Recipe
This is perfect condiment for weight watchers, health foodies, people who love dips.. This is just all purpose chutney.. goes with absoltely with all Indian dishes, starters, snacks etc.

Ingredients
  • 200gms of coriander leaves
  • 1 peice green chilly
  • 3 tsp of lemon juice
  • Garlic 1 clove (optional)
  • Ginger small amount (optional)
  • Dried mango powder or Amchoor (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Raw mango pulp (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste

Directions
  1. Take the coriander leaves and wash them properly
  2. Cut them roughly
  3. Add the green chilly/chillies (some like it hot !)
  4. The clove of garlic, ginger,sugar, raw mango pulp and lemon juice.
  5. Put all the ingredients in the blender. Make it a paste.
  6. Add the salt in the end according to taste
  7. To garnish cut a lemon wedge, add cherry tomatoes, with a tortilla chip wedge.
