Great casserole for groups or special dinners.

Ingredients
  • 1 med. onion chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 4 Tbsp flour
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 2 c. whole kernal corn
  • 2 c. canned tomatoes
  • 2 boiled eggs chopped
  • 1 tsp worchestershire
  • 1 tsp tabasco
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Brown onion and pepper in margarine
  2. Add all ingredients and mix well
  3. Pour in greased casserole
  4. cover top with cheese
  5. Bake 375 for 30 min or until cheese melts
