Cinnamon Snowballs

A tasty cookie and it makes 7 dozen wow!! easy to make also.................. courtesy of happy holidays
Ingredients
- 1- cup butter shopping list
- 1/3- cup sugar shopping list
- 2- teaspoons vanilla extract shopping list
- 3/4 - cup cornflake crumbs shopping list
- 1 3/4 cups flour shopping list
- 1- teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1- cup finely chopped pecans shopping list
- 2- cups ( or more) sifted powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Cream butter and sugar in mixing bowl until light and fluffy
- add vanilla; mix well
- add cornflake crumbs, flour, cinnamon and pecans , mix well
- shape into 3/4 inch balls
- place on ungreased cookie sheet
- bake at 350 degrees f. for 15 minutes or until lightly brown
- place powdered sugar in a paper bag
- add warm cookie and shake gently to coat
- roll in additional powdered sugar
- yields 7 dozen cookies
