Chocolate Mousse Cake

- 8 ounces semisweet chocolate shopping list
- 1/2 cup margarine shopping list
- 8 eggs separated shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325 then melt chocolate with margarine over very low heat.
- Stir until smooth then set aside.
- Beat eggs with 3/4 cup sugar then gradually stir in chocolate and vanilla.
- Beat whites until soft peaks form then gradually add remaining sugar and beat until stiff.
- Gently fold whites into chocolate mixture then pour 3/4 of the batter into a spring form pan.
- Cover and refrigerate remaining batter then bake cake 35 minutes and cool completely.
- Spread remaining batter over top of cake then refrigerate overnight.
