Different corn beef casserole

Ingredients
- 2 medium onions chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- bacon fat just enough to. fry onion and peppers do.not brown
- 1 pkg small egg noodles .
- 1 can mushroom soup reg. size
- 1 cup grated pepperjack cheese
- dry bread crumbs small pkg.
- 1 can cornbeef
Directions
- .fry onions and peppers slowly in bacon fat
- cook noodles 8 minutes and drain
- Heat mushroom soup with cheese untill cheese melts
- Add onions, pepper,and noodles add corn Beef
- Toss lightly
- place in a casserole top with bread crumbs
- Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes
- yeilds 8 servings

Do you add beef, or does it just taste beefy because of the bacon fat? Even without beef, this sounds like a yummy casserole.

Hi Momo... I love your recipe but I'm wondering how much corned beef to add??? I read and re-read the recipe but I don't see the amount. Maybe it's up to the person preparing the casserole but if there's a measurement I'd love to have it. 5 forks and I can always guess ;)
