Radishes with Chive Butter

- 1 stick of butter plus 1 tbls. shopping list
- 3 tbls. cream cheese shopping list
- 4 tbls. chives, finely chopped shopping list
- 1/3 tsp. lemon zest shopping list
- hot sauce, to taste shopping list
- salt. to taste shopping list
- 30 radishes (1 1/2 lb), leaves trimmed to 1/2 inch, halved lengthwise shopping list
- parsley, to garnish shopping list
- In mixing bowl, add butter, cream cheese, chives, lemon zest, and hot sauce shopping list
- Mix with fork until well blended shopping list
- Put butter into piping bag or plastic bag with tip cut off shopping list
- Put radishes cut side up onto platter shopping list
- Top with parsley leaf shopping list
- Pipe butter on top of leaf shopping list
- Chill shopping list
How to make it
