How to make it

  • Brown chicken on both sides in the orange juice concentrate and 1/4 cup broth for 20 minutes.
  • Add cloves, cinnamon stick, pepper, cayenne and 1/2 cup of the broth then bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to medium low then cover and simmer 10 minutes.
  • With remaining broth blend in potato starch until smooth.
  • Add this mixture to skillet and stir until gravy thickens and begins to bubble.
  • Arrange chicken on a platter and pour sauce over all.
  • Garnish with orange slices and parsley then serve immediately.
