Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine 1/4 cup dair sour cream, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon finely chopped green onion, 3/4 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and dash cayenne.
  • Add suace to 2 1/ 2 cups halved cooked beets, drained.
  • Heat slowly, stirring occasionally to coat beets enenly. (Do not boil.)
  • Makes 4 or 5 servings.
