This frosty, sparkling cocktail is infused with a little heat, so its sure to warm arriving guests. For a little more heat, add a splash of pepper-flavored vodka.

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. chilled vodka
- 1 oz. cranberry juice
- 1/2 tsp. raspberry flavored liqueur
- 3 or 4 black peppercorns
- 1 oz. soda water
- 1 small fresh mint sprig
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes, combine the vodka, cranberry juice and raspberry liqueur.
- Cover tightly and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- Put the peppercorns in a chilled tall Champagne tumbler or cocktail glass and pour the cocktail into the glass.
- Top off with soda water, garnish with the mint sprig and serve
