How to make it

  • Mix soy sauce,honey,oil and 1Tbs mustard in plastic bag. Add chicken,seal,push chicken around to evenly coat. Refrigerate 15 mins. Remove chicken from bag,brushing off any excess marinade;discard marinade.
  • Stir breadcrumbs,remaining 2Tbs mustard,paprika,salt and ground pepper in shallow bowl. Roll chicken in breadcrumb mixture. Place chicken in single layer on rimmed baking sheet. Spray chicken with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Bake in pre-heated 350 oven for 25-30 mins or till cooked through.
  • For Mustard-Tarragon Chicken: Substitute 1tsp. tarragon leaves for paprika. Prepare as directed.
