How to make it

  • Combine ground beef, tomato paste, garlic, fresh coriander leaves with 1/2 of the ground cumin & 1/2 the ground coriander in a large bowl.
  • Shape level tablespoons of mixture into balls - set aside
  • Heat oil in a large pan, add onions & cook until soft
  • Stir in flour, then remaining cumin & coriander, potatoes, carrot & extra tomato paste
  • Gradually stir in stock & simmer uncovered for 30 mins
  • Add meatballs & simmer, uncovered until meatballs & potatoes are cooked through
  • Stir in tomatoes & green onions & simmer for a few mins until completely heated through

    Mmmm - sounds good! I have a similar recipe called "hearty soup", but not quite the same. It's SOUP WEATHER!! ;')
