Dessert Grape Clusters

- 2 lb seedless grapes - use both red & green shopping list
- 1 lb premium white chocolate shopping list
- 2 cups finely chopped honey roasted cashews shopping list
How to make it
- Wash grapes well under running water in a colander & let drain well.
- Cut grapes into clusters of 3 grapes with kitchen shears.
- Place on layers of kitchen towels & sit at room temperature to dry completely. - You don't want to get any water in the chocolate.
- Place chocolate on a cutting board & coursely chop into small uniform pieces with a knife.
- To melt chocolate, fill bottom of double boiler with water to 1 inch below the level of the top pan.
- Bring water just to the boil & then reduce to low.
- Place chocolate in the top pan.
- To prevent steam from getting on chocolate, cover before placing over hot, not boiling water.
- Uncover & stir until the chocolate is melted.
- Place cashews in a shallow bowl.
- Working with one cluster of grapes at a time, holding the stem, dip grapes into the melted chocolate, leaving part of the grape uncoated.
- Allow excess to drip off back into the pan.
- Roll grapes gently in the cashews & place stem side up on wax paper.
- Repeat with remaining clusters.
- Refrigerate until chocolate is firm.
- Serve with in 4 hours
