Tarragon Macaroni Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup sugar

1/4 cup flour

1/4 cup tarragon vinegar

1-1/2 cups water

1/4 cup mustard

1 cup celery chopped

1/2 cup carrots chopped

4 hard boiled eggs

1/2 pound cooked macaroni

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 teaspoon celery seed

1/4 cup mayonnaise

Directions

Cook sugar, flour, vinegar and water until thick then add mustard.

In large bowl combine macaroni, carrots, celery and hard boiled eggs.

Add cooked mixture and mayonnaise until desired consistency.

Add salt, pepper and celery seed then chill and serve.

Just one question, and I know it sounds stupid... but I'm not sure I understand the whole premise behind buying a collection from some estate? You can just go to people's houses and buy their family recipes? How does that work?
