Tarragon Macaroni Salad

TARRAGON MACARONI SALAD This is a recipe I obtained from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Brooks Estate in Richardson, Texas in 2006.
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups water shopping list
- 1/4 cup mustard shopping list
- 1 cup celery chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup carrots chopped shopping list
- 4 hard boiled eggs shopping list
- 1/2 pound cooked macaroni shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon celery seed shopping list
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise shopping list
How to make it
- Cook sugar, flour, vinegar and water until thick then add mustard.
- In large bowl combine macaroni, carrots, celery and hard boiled eggs.
- Add cooked mixture and mayonnaise until desired consistency.
- Add salt, pepper and celery seed then chill and serve.
