Three Berry Pie Dated 1966

- 1-1/2 cups fresh raspberries shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups fresh strawberries rinsed hulled and sliced shopping list
- 1 cup fresh blueberries shopping list
- 9” prepared pastry shell shopping list
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups water shopping list
- 4 ounce package strawberry gelatin shopping list
- 8 ounce carton whipping cream shopping list
How to make it
- In large mixing bowl combine berries and pour mixture into prepared pastry shell.
- In medium saucepan combine sugar and cornstarch.
- Gradually stir in water until smooth mixture is formed stirring constantly.
- Cook mixture over medium high heat until it comes to a boil.
- Boil one minute and remove from heat then stir in gelatin until dissolved.
- Let mixture cool to room temperature and pour it over the berries in pastry shell.
- Refrigerate 3 hours then whip fresh cream just before serving and spread over entire pie.
