How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Stir ingredients together well.
  • Scoop out an inch and a half ball of dough for each cookie and put them on a cookie sheet a couple inches apart.
  • Use a fork to press perpendicular (crisscrossed) lines on top.
  • Cook until very lightly browned (8-10 minutes).
  • Let them cool for 10 minutes or so.

    I make these cookies all the time with a couple alterations.. I find them sweet enough with 1/3 cup of brown sugar instead of the 1 cup of white sugar. Also I like to add 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips. Yummmmmmy.
