You're gonna think I'm crazy, but this simple recipe makes the best peanut butter cookies I've ever had! It's great to make with anybody, and you don't even need flour!

Ingredients
- 1 c Peanut Butter
- 1 c Sugar
- 1 egg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Stir ingredients together well.
- Scoop out an inch and a half ball of dough for each cookie and put them on a cookie sheet a couple inches apart.
- Use a fork to press perpendicular (crisscrossed) lines on top.
- Cook until very lightly browned (8-10 minutes).
- Let them cool for 10 minutes or so.

I make these cookies all the time with a couple alterations.. I find them sweet enough with 1/3 cup of brown sugar instead of the 1 cup of white sugar. Also I like to add 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips. Yummmmmmy.
