How to make it

  • Wash the fish slices and pat dry thoroughly.
  • Apply salt, turmeric powder and lemon juice .
  • Chill for 5 mins .
  • Now marinate it with the rest of the ings and chill for 30 mins .
  • Shallow fry until golden and crisp.
  • Serve with steamed rice and vegetable chowder .
  • Vegetable Chowder
