Fried Fish

- 4 to 8 pcs thin boneless fish slices shopping list
- 1 pinch turmeric powder 2 tsp lemon juice and shopping list
- salt shopping list
- 2 tsp red chilli powder , 2 tsp garlic ginger paste and shopping list
- 1 tbsp onion paste shopping list
How to make it
- Wash the fish slices and pat dry thoroughly.
- Apply salt, turmeric powder and lemon juice .
- Chill for 5 mins .
- Now marinate it with the rest of the ings and chill for 30 mins .
- Shallow fry until golden and crisp.
- Serve with steamed rice and vegetable chowder .
- Vegetable Chowder
