How to make it

  • Soak mushrooms disguard stems
  • in wok fry pork,onions,garlic cook 6 minutes on medium high heat
  • than add shrimp,mushrooms and chestnuts cook on medium,cook 2 more minutes.pour in soy sauce and let cool
  • lay 1 wrapper out put about 3-4 tspns mixture,seal with egg wash on edges and roll,repeat til all are done
  • fry in wok til light golden brown ,drain on paper towel or keep on rack in warm over til ready to eat
  • serve with thai sauce

    I made both versions of lumpia that have been recently posted. I loved both of them. Yours has water chesnuts and I really liked the crunch. So did my family. THX for sharing this recipe.
