- 4-shataki dried mushrooms(soak and reconstitute) shopping list
- 3/4 pnd. lean ground pork shopping list
- 1 medium onion(diced finely) shopping list
- 3-cloves garlic( minced) shopping list
- 1/2 pound shrimp(cleaned(chopped finely or food processed) shopping list
- 1/3 cup of chopped water chestnuts shopping list
- 1-tblspn soy sauce shopping list
- 1 egg lightly beaten shopping list
- canola oil to fry in shopping list
- 1-pkg lumpia wrappers or won ton shopping list
How to make it
- Soak mushrooms disguard stems
- in wok fry pork,onions,garlic cook 6 minutes on medium high heat
- than add shrimp,mushrooms and chestnuts cook on medium,cook 2 more minutes.pour in soy sauce and let cool
- lay 1 wrapper out put about 3-4 tspns mixture,seal with egg wash on edges and roll,repeat til all are done
- fry in wok til light golden brown ,drain on paper towel or keep on rack in warm over til ready to eat
- serve with thai sauce
