Ingredients

2 c. cubed chicken

1 c. chopped onion

1 c. sliced carrots

3 (10 oz.) cans chicken broth

10 1/2 oz. condensed cream of chicken soup

3 c. water

1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes

2 medium zucchini, diced (optional)

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 tsp. basil leaves

1/2 tsp. oregano

8 oz. pkg. frozen peas

7 oz. pkg. tortellini (cheese)

Salt to taste

Directions

Place in the crock in order:

chicken, onion, carrots, broth, soup, water, tomatoes, zucchini, garlic, basil, and

oregano.

Cook in slow cooker on Low for 8-10, or on High for 5-6 hours.

Add tortellini and peas 20 minutes prior to eating.

Serve with cheese and garlic toast!

I was trying to remember that myself....I just made it a couple days ago! LOL I suppose you could just add the water until it rises to the surface of the ingredients....or less, if you like!
