Cajun Cheese Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 box of yellow cake mix (prepared as directed on box)

you can either make 2 layers or 1 sheet cake

12 slices of American cheese (Kraft), cut in pieces

2 cups of sugar

2 small cans of evaporated milk(pet)

Directions

Let cake cool completely.

Combine the cheese, sugar and milk

Cook on low heat until mixture thickens

It should kind of stick to the spoon. About 10-15 mins

Spread on top of cooled cake.

Enjoy with a big glass of milk....nothing better!
