Cajun Cheese Cake

Everyone in my family LOVES this cake. It's a must have at every family gathering...l hope you like it too!
Ingredients
- 1 box of yellow cake mix (prepared as directed on box) shopping list
- you can either make 2 layers or 1 sheet cake shopping list
- 12 slices of American cheese (Kraft), cut in pieces shopping list
- 2 cups of sugar shopping list
- 2 small cans of evaporated milk(pet) shopping list
How to make it
- Let cake cool completely.
- Combine the cheese, sugar and milk
- Cook on low heat until mixture thickens
- It should kind of stick to the spoon. About 10-15 mins
- Spread on top of cooled cake.
- Enjoy with a big glass of milk....nothing better!
