Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 English muffin
- 1 slice Canadian bacon
- 1 slice American cheese
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- cooking spray
Directions
- Toast English muffin
- Fry/heat the Canadian bacon. Place on muffin.
- Prepare egg pan with cooking spray
- Fry the egg, breaking the yolk before the turn.
- Melt cheese on the egg.
- Place on Canadian bacon and muffin.
- Sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
