How to make it

  • Toast English muffin
  • Fry/heat the Canadian bacon. Place on muffin.
  • Prepare egg pan with cooking spray
  • Fry the egg, breaking the yolk before the turn.
  • Melt cheese on the egg.
  • Place on Canadian bacon and muffin.
  • Sprinkle with cayenne pepper.

    This is a keeper.. I don't want to get up and have to go to MickyD's. This I can make in my jammies and take outside with my coffee.. Yummy
