Super Simple Pulled Pork Recipe
Not only is the dish simple, it's moist and delicious just like pulled pork should be.

Ingredients
  • 4-5 pound pork butt roast (cut in half)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Salt
  • 15 oz. can beef broth
  • 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee (No, you can't taste the coffee in the finished product.)

Directions
  1. Season both halves of the pork roast generously with salt, pepper and garlic salt.
  2. Place both halves of the roast in a crock pot and cover with the beef broth and coffee
  3. Cover and cook on med setting for 5-6 hours until pork s fork tender
  4. Place pork halves in a large, shallow pan and using 2 forks shred all of the meat.
  5. Place back in the slow cooker juices to keep moist and warm
  6. Serve on toasted buns with or without your favorite bbq sauce.
