Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a hot skillet, heat olive oil.
  • Saute onions until browned. Add soy sauce to de-glaze the pan.
  • Add chicken and cook until done.
  • Add spices, celery, carrot and beer. Cook about 20-30 minutes.
  • Add potatoes and water.
  • Cook another 30 or so minutes until thick and rich.
  • Serve with a nice bread and real butter!

    Hi there ole' Blue Eyes,

    Glad you are having a good time in Japan.

    Won't be doing "Harakiri" on this recipe.
