Ingredients

8 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded

8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

2 cups ham, chopped

6 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced

1 can Mex-corn, well drained

6 eggs

1 cup milk

salt and pepper to taste

2 packages Pillsbury Crescent rolls

paprika

For a yummy, almost no carb variation, beat the eggs a little longer and leave out the bread! Yumm!

Directions

Preheat oven to 375; 350 for glass dish

Place crescent rolls in bottom of casserole dish.

Put chopped ham, sliced mushrooms, corn, and half of cheese on top of rolls.

Combine eggs, one at a time, and milk and beat on medium speed until well mixed.

Pour over other ingredients.

Salt and pepper to taste, and top w/ remaining cheese.

Sprinkle w/ paprika.

Bake for approximately 30 minutes, until set.

Recipe calls for 15” x 10” dish.

Cool until set, just a few minutes. Cut into desired sized squares and watch it disappear!
