Yummy Breakfast Brunch Bars

- 8 ounces swiss cheese, shredded shopping list
- 8 ounces monterey jack cheese, shredded shopping list
- 2 cups ham, chopped shopping list
- 6 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced shopping list
- 1 can Mex-corn, well drained shopping list
- 6 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 packages Pillsbury crescent rolls shopping list
- paprika shopping list
- For a yummy, almost no carb variation, beat the eggs a little longer and leave out the bread! Yumm! shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375; 350 for glass dish
- Place crescent rolls in bottom of casserole dish.
- Put chopped ham, sliced mushrooms, corn, and half of cheese on top of rolls.
- Combine eggs, one at a time, and milk and beat on medium speed until well mixed.
- Pour over other ingredients.
- Salt and pepper to taste, and top w/ remaining cheese.
- Sprinkle w/ paprika.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes, until set.
- Recipe calls for 15” x 10” dish.
- Cool until set, just a few minutes. Cut into desired sized squares and watch it disappear!
