A delicious lemon cookie.

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade (thawed)
Directions
- In large mixer bowl, with an electric mixer, cream butter and sugar
- Add eggs, beating until light and fluffy
- Stir together flour and soda
- Add to creamed mixture alternately with 1/2 cup lemonade
- Drop dough from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet
- Bake at 375 degrees for about 9 minutes
- Brush hot cookies with remaining lemonade
- Sprinkle with sugar
