Ingredients

3c whole milk

8oz. white chocolate,chopped

1/4tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Warm milk in medium saucepan over med-high heat,whisking occasionally for 5 mins or till heated through. Remove pan from heat and stir in white chocolate,whisking unti melted and smooth.

Stir in vanilla and transfer to mugs.Top with whipped cream ,if desired,and serve hot.

Lighten up: Switch to low-fat milk instead of whole. Saves 123 calories and 17g fat
