Ingredients

3 eggs

1-3/4 cup sugar

1 cup oil

2 cups flour

1 tsp baking soda

2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp salt

4-6 apples, peeled, pared & cubed

1 cup chopped nuts

Directions

Preheat oven to 325

Mix together eggs, sugar and oil

Then blend in flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, apples and nuts.

Pour into a lightly sprayed 9 x 13 pan

If using a metal pan bake at 350

Cool

Sprinkle with powdered sugar
