Apple Nut Square Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325
  • Mix together eggs, sugar and oil
  • Then blend in flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, apples and nuts.
  • Pour into a lightly sprayed 9 x 13 pan
  • If using a metal pan bake at 350
  • Cool
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar

    I just happen 2 hv about 5 GSmith apples left in bottom fridge drawer from Sept. & was looking 4 strudel recipe but then i happened across this. Sounds perfect for snacking cake...m trying it ASAP Thnx!!
