Apple Nut Square

easy to make and so tasty of apples & cinnamons. Great for any occasion
Ingredients
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1-3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 cup oil shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 4-6 apples, peeled, pared & cubed shopping list
- 1 cup chopped nuts shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325
- Mix together eggs, sugar and oil
- Then blend in flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, apples and nuts.
- Pour into a lightly sprayed 9 x 13 pan
- If using a metal pan bake at 350
- Cool
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar
