Magic Mint Hot Chocolate

Creamy,minty hot chocolate. Yummy!
Ingredients
- 2c half and half shopping list
- 12 small dark chocolate covered peppermint patties shopping list
- 2c 1% milk shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
How to make it
- Combine 2/3c half and half with candy in heavy bottomed saucepan. stir continuously with whisk over low heat until patties melt. Stir in remaining half and half,milk and salt and continue heating till mixture reaches simmering stage. Serve immwdiately. Garnish with peppermint sticks.
