Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups cheese ( I like to use a sharp cheddar)
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp worcetershire
  • 10 slices cooked bacon
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Directions
  1. Mix ingrediants 1-7 together
  2. Place in loaf pan
  3. Mix ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar- spread on top of loaf
  4. Bake at 350 for 60 min (may need a little longer)
  5. I would also put a foil lined drip pan under it as well as the oils from the cheese sometimes tend to overflow.
