Bacon Cheeseburger Meatlaof

A great comfort food.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cheese ( I like to use a sharp cheddar) shopping list
- 2 beaten eggs shopping list
- 1/4 cup mayo shopping list
- 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 tbsp worcetershire shopping list
- 10 slices cooked bacon shopping list
- 1 pound ground beef shopping list
- 2 tbsp ketchup shopping list
- 1 tsp mustard shopping list
- 1 tbsp brown sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Mix ingrediants 1-7 together
- Place in loaf pan
- Mix ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar- spread on top of loaf
- Bake at 350 for 60 min (may need a little longer)
- I would also put a foil lined drip pan under it as well as the oils from the cheese sometimes tend to overflow.
