Stuffed Dates Recipe

How to make it

  • Mix the cream,butter,instant coffee,and powdered sugar to form a heavy paste.
  • Stuff the dates with the fondant,(I use a plastic bag with the bottom corner cut off,then twist the fondant through to fill dates).
  • Roll the stuffed dates in granulated suar.
  • Place on serving platter.
