Ingredients
  • 1 Box of Whole Pitted Dates
  • 2 Tablespoons Heavy Cream
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter,melted
  • 1 Tablespoon Instant Coffee
  • Powdered Sugar,enough to make a heavy paste.

Directions
  1. Mix the cream,butter,instant coffee,and powdered sugar to form a heavy paste.
  2. Stuff the dates with the fondant,(I use a plastic bag with the bottom corner cut off,then twist the fondant through to fill dates).
  3. Roll the stuffed dates in granulated suar.
  4. Place on serving platter.
