How to make it

  • Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat
  • Add garlic. Cook until golden brown but not burn
  • Add frozen vegetables if using. Cook for 3 minutes or until vegetables are no longer frozen
  • Add rice, salt and black pepper and mix well. Cook for about 5 minutes mixing occasionally to prevent burning.
  • Serve hot.
