- 1-1/2 Tablespoons lime zest shopping list
- 1 Cup lime juice (Fresh) shopping list
- 4 Farm Fresh egg yolks,(Beaten) shopping list
- 1/2 Cup Farm Fresh butter(Real,No Sub. please) shopping list
- Place sugar,zest,juice in pan over flame,bring to a boil. shopping list
- Remove from heat. shopping list
- Temper egg yolks with a small amount of the hot liquid,whisking. shopping list
- Add egg mixture to hot juice mixture,beating until very well combined. shopping list
- Place over same heat and (this is where you'll need good biceps) shopping list
- Beating constantly for about 12 minutes,mixture will have the look and feeling of pudding. shopping list
- Add chunks of butter,a little at a time,beating constantly,until butter melts and the two mixtures are blended. shopping list

- Pour mixture through open weave cloth. shopping list

- Chill for about four hours. shopping list
How to make it
- Mean time:
- Melt white chocolate.
- Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
- Combine with the creamy melted white chocolate.
- Beat until blended.
- Add your tart and tangy,melt in your mouth,soft custard.
- Beat until blended.
- Spoon into prepared lightly tanned tart shells.
- Smooth.
- You must chill for at least 4 hours.
- Sprinkle candied lime peel on top.
- Serve.
- Enjoy.
