Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325F
  • Mixed first four ingredients until well blended
  • Then add the pineapple, mix well
  • Pour cake batter into a 9"x13" baking pan between 40 and 45 minutes
  • For icing, mix all ingredients but the coconut in a saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil for about 5 minutes
  • Let stand and cool
  • Add coconut, stir well
  • Lay on the cake
  • Enjoy!
