How to make it

  • In crock pot add sliced pepper and onion to bottom of crock pot.
  • Add chicken things.
  • In bowl mix diced tomatoes, peanut butter and red pepper flakes.
  • Pour over chicken thighs and cook 9 hours then serve over rice.

    The actual cook time is closer to 10 hours than 40 mins as stated above.

    I am a Thai food fan, but I did not care for this dish, found it bland and uninspiring. Ended up just eating the chicken and discarding the sauce.
