Ingredients
  • 10" tart shell, prebaked and cooled
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups cranberries, coarse chopped
  • 1 1/4 cups walnuts, coarse chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Beat together eggs, sugar syrup, salt and vanilla extract well.
  3. Stir in the nuts and berries.
  4. Pour mixture into the cooled tart shell.
  5. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven
  7. **Do NOT refrigerate tart.
