Salmon CheeseBall Recipe
This is a beautiful cheese ball that I am asked to bring to parties all the time.

Ingredients
  • 1 -8 oz piece of salmon, cooked
  • 2- 8oz pkgs of softened cream cheese
  • 1/2t. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2t. seasoning salt
  • 3c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions
  1. Beat the cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, & seasoning salt.
  2. Add the salmon, beat until well mixed.
  3. Beat in 2c. of the cheese.
  4. Spread the remaining cup of cheese on a large plate.
  5. Use a spatula to scrap the sides of the bowl, and to roughly shape in to a large ball. Roll the ball around in the remaining shredded cheese.
  6. Wrap tightly in saran and store in fridge for up to 2 days in advance, and no less than 4 hours.
  7. Serve with crackers.

Hey lissaloo, thanks for posting. My husband LOVES anything with salmon in it so I've gotta make this around the holidays for him.
