Pineapple Junk

This is a wonderful side for the holidays.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 4 eggs beaten shopping list
- 10oz can crushed pineapple - drained shopping list
- 5 slices white bread- torn in to pieces shopping list
How to make it
- Cream butter and sugar
- Add eggs to sugar mixture
- fold in pineapple and bread
- melt some butter in a casserole dish
- bake at 350 40 to 60 mins until tooth pick comes out clean
