New Mexico Green Chiles Meatballs

- 2 pounds hot sausage meat shopping list
- 2 pounds ground beef shopping list
- 4 whole onions, chopped shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 6 to 9 New Mexico green chiles, seeded and chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Form mixture into 1 1/2" diameter balls.
- Bake for 40 minutes OR until thoroughly cooked.
- Serve over pasta or rice OR use uncooked mixture to stuff bell peppers.
