Baileys Chocolate Pots

- 1 - cup heavy ( whipping ) cream shopping list
- 5- ounces unsweetened chocolate, broken into small pieces shopping list
- 1- large egg , beaten shopping list
- 1- tablespoon Baileys Irish Cream liqueur shopping list
How to make it
- In a small saucepan over medium heat , heat the cream to almost boiling
- Reduce the heat to low, add the chocolate, and simmer for 5- 7 minutes, or until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth
- Whisk in the egg and liqueur and cook for 2 to 3 minutes , or until the mixture thickens
- Pour the mixture into 6 ( 4 ounce) ramekins and refrigerate for at least 24 hours or until the puddings are set
- Serve with oatmeal or lace cookies and fresh strawberries……
- serve 4.
