How to make it

  • Wash mushrooms, remove stems, and set caps aside. Chop about 1/2 of the mushroom stems. Combine all ingredients except for the cheese and fill caps. Place in a large baking sheet that has been lightly greased with butter. Top with the cheeses. Bake at 450 for 15-20 minutes. Serve warm. OK reheated but better fresh.
  • This recipe can also be chilled overnight before baking and serving.

    I know what you mean by not measuring I cook the same way adding more of an ingredient until it taste right.. This crab stuffed mushroom recipe is something my guest flock to every time I make them.
